About Team & Role

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of data and AI products that will deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will work closely with individuals with different skills including developers, designers, data scientists, as well as other teams to drive product vision, strategy, partnerships, sales and execution. Your main goal will be to create and deliver world-class Data and AI products that meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Data and AI products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Define and articulate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product design and development is aligned with customer needs, usability, and product vision.
  • Manage user stories and backlogs as part of leading scrum teams to develop and deliver products from ideation to production.
  • Measure and analyze product performance and adoption/customer experience metrics and use insights to identify areas for improvement and iterate product features.
  • Build relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gain insights into customer needs and feedback on product performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and standards.
  • Drive product launches and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of data and AI products that will deliver exceptional value to our customers. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience in Data and AI products.
  • Strong understanding of data and AI technologies and their application in business.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with engineering, design, data, data science, MLOps, and customer success teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and perceptions, define product vision and strategy and execute on product roadmap.
  • Experience with data privacy and security regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience in cloud-based platforms and technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Market knowledge and understanding of modern Big Data stacks and Data Science development as well as related open source tools and libraries.
